Rules for using Gmingo Health Tracker
Not medical care
Gmingo Health Tracker is a logging and education tool. It keeps your notes and explains numbers against reference ranges. It is not a medical service and does not replace a clinician, a pharmacy, or emergency services. Do not delay urgent care because of something the app said. You are responsible for decisions you make after reading an AI reply.
Who may join
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. One person, one account. Do not share your password or PIN. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your information
You keep ownership of the health information you enter. You give Gmingo Ventures permission to store it and to send the parts you submit for AI features to the provider named in the privacy notice, only so the app can do what you asked. You can download or delete the account record in Settings.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to harm someone, to impersonate a clinician, or to collect another person’s health information without their permission.
- Do not try to break into another account, probe the service, or overload it.
- Do not upload content you have no right to share.
Accounts and passwords
Email accounts use a password stored only as a scrambled hash. Google accounts are controlled by Google. We will not change a password for an email we cannot prove you own. Until reset email is available, contact gmingoventures@gmail.com from the address on the account.
Availability
The app can be interrupted, wrong, or incomplete. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate or up to date. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Gmingo Ventures is not liable for clinical decisions, lost data, or losses caused by relying on the app instead of a qualified clinician or emergency service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.
Changes
If these terms or the privacy notice change in a way that affects your health information, the version date on this page will change and we will ask you to accept the new notice before you continue to add health information.
